Within Greece
Shipments within Greece are not charged with shipping costs if the order exceeds 50 euros and 70 euros for inaccessible areas (inaccessible areas based on the terms of Speedex Courier as detailed on its official website). For orders exceeding the above amounts the shipping costs are FREE.
For orders within Greece that not exceed 50 euros the charge is 5 euros and for shipping to hard-to-reach areas the charge is 8 euros.
Cash on delivery costs are 3euros (including VAT) regardless of the amount of the order. The courier company we work with is Speedex Courier.
Outside Greece
Shipments outside Greece are not charged with shipping costs if the order exceeds 100 euros. For orders exceeding the above amounts the shipping costs are FREE.
For orders that not exceed 100 euros the charge is 10 euros.
In case your area is not served by the Speedex Courier network, we have the responsibility to send you your order in an alternative way. Shipments in Cyprus are charged with a shipping cost of 14,00 euros per order and are sent by registered parcel via ELTA.
DELIVERY DATES
All orders are dispatched by our company in 2 to 4 working days from the day you placed the order. You can check the “Status” of your order at any time by entering the link “MY ACCOUNT”. If your order has been delivered to Speedex courier, you can check the status of your parcel via the tracking number on the Speedex Courier website.
